Short Title:
An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L.177, No.175), known as The Administrative Code of 1929, abolishing the Department of Health and the Department of Public Welfare; establishing the Department of Health and Human Services and the Office of the Physician General; transferring certain functions, powers and duties heretofore performed by the Department of Health and the Department of Public Welfare; transferring certain boards and commissions; and making editorial changes.
