Short Title:

An Act providing for the adoption of capital projects related to the repair, rehabilitation or replacement of highway bridges to be financed from current revenue of the Motor License Fund and for the adoption of specific blizzard or flood mitigation projects or flood assistance projects to be financed from current revenues or from debt incurred under clause (1) of subsection (a) of section 7 of Article VIII of the Constitution of Pennsylvania.
