An Act amending the act of December 7, 1982 (P.L.784, No.225), known as the Dog Law, adding or amending certain definitions; further providing for applications for licenses, for fees and for kennels; providing for out-of-State dealer licenses and for notice requirements; further providing for civil liability, for penalties, for enforcement, for the Dog Law Advisory Board, for animal abandonment and for powers and duties of the Department of Agriculture; and providing for selling, bartering or trading dogs and for reports to the General Assembly.
