An Act amending the act of July 31, 1968 (P.L.805, No.247), known as the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, further providing for the purpose of the act; adding certain definitions; further providing for various matters relating to the comprehensive plan, for compliance by counties; providing for funding for municipal planning; providing for neighboring municipalities, for infrastructure and public services, for county review; further providing for certain ordinances; and adding provisions relating to projects of regional impact.
