Short Title:

An Act amending the act of May 2, 1945 (P.L.382, No.164), known as the Municipality Authorities Act of 1945, authorizing authorities to provide business improvements and business administrative services; and providing for rescinding objections to the establishment of authorities or implementing services or improvements, registered addresses for such authorities and requirements for members of boards of directors.
