An Act amending the act of June 3, 1937 (P.L.1333, No.320), known as the Pennsylvania Election Code, further providing for powers and duties of the Secretary of the Commonwealth and for rules for determining residence for purposes of registering to vote or voting; requiring district justices to have attained 21 years of age; and requiring posting referendum questions at polling places.
