An Act establishing the Catastrophic Illness in Children Relief Fund; creating the Catastrophic Illness in Children Relief Fund Commission; providing for the powers and duties of the commission; establishing a program for the payment of medical expenses of children in cases of catastrophic illness; and providing for funding for the program.
