Short Title:
An Act amending the act of August 31, 1955 (P. L. 531, No. 131), entitled "Pennsylvania Athletic Code," establishing the Boxing and Wrestling Commission and providing for its powers and duties; further providing for the regulation of boxing and wrestling contests and exhibitions; further providing for fees, safety regulations and penalties; reestablishing the commission under the Sunset Act; creating a task force on boxing; making repeals; and making an appropriation.
