Short Title:
An Act amending the act of May 2, 1945 (P. L. 382, No. 164), entitled "Municipality Authorities Act of 1945," further providing for the purposes of an authority, for transfer of existing facilities to an authority and for termination of an authority; and providing for the construction and operation of toll highways, parkways, bridges and tunnels.
