L. 1179, No. 219), entitled "Secondary Mortgage Loan Act," defining and regulating a secondary mortgage loan broker; further providing for record retention, processing and the licensing of contiguous State offices; providing for loan closings; and further providing for the authority of the Secretary of Banking.
