L. 571, No. 254), known as "The Fourth to Eighth Class County Assessment Law," including third class counties within the scope of the act; further providing for assessment procedures; further providing for appeals of assessments; further providing for the powers and duties of county commissioners and of the governing body of home rule charter counties; making editorial changes; and making repeals.
