An Act amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, deleting a provision prohibiting the deduction of oil company franchise tax in calculating other taxes imposed by the Commonwealth and for the payment of credits, reducing the fee for the issuance of identification markers, providing for the imposition of a new axle tax on certain vehicles and further providing for windshield obstructions.
