An Act repealing the act of March 24, 1937 (P. L. 109, No. 35), entitled, "An act relating to interstate cooperation; creating the Pennsylvania Commission on Interstate Cooperation, as well as committees on interstate cooperation of the Senate and of the House of Representatives; defining the powers and duties of said commission and of said committees; and imposing duties on the Governor and the Secretary of the Commonwealth," and transferring certain of its powers and duties.
