Short Title:
An Act amending the act of July 28, 1953 (P. L. 723, No. 230), entitled, as amended, "Second Class County Code," prohibiting fee sharing among county officers, employes and consultants or persons contracting for personal services with the county and further providing for monthly contributions, retirement allowances and interest on accumulated contributions.
