Short Title:
An Act amending "The County Code," approved August 9, 1955 (P. L. 323, No. 130), prohibiting fee sharing among county officers, employes and consultants or persons contracting for personal services with the county, and eliminating the requirement of court approval for the construction of bridges and viaducts.
