Short Title:
An Act amending "The Administrative Code of 1929," approved April 9, 1929 (P. L. 177, No. 175), requiring certain public buildings to use a coal fired heating system or be heated by a form of energy substantially produced by the use of coal, establishing a State Board on Public Heating; prohibiting certain conversions; granting certain powers and duties.
