Short Title:
An Act amending the act of March 31, 1937 (P. L. 160, No. 43), entitled "An act creating a commission to be known as the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission; ***" changing the method of selecting members of the commission and their qualifications and compensation; and further providing for quorum, filling vacancies, conduct of investigations, counsel of the commission and certain improper prior and subsequent employment of commissioners and their employes.
