An Act amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing, as to sexual offenses, for mistake as to age and for certain rules of evidence changing certain age requirements for the offense of statutory rape and penalties therefor in certain cases.
