An Act amending the act of July 28, 1953 (P. L. 723, No. 230), entitled, as amended, "Second Class County Code," providing for the standard of care and liability of board members; further providing for payments into the fund for the amount of retirement allowances, for interest on contributions and for requirements for credit for previous service.
