Short Title:
An Act amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for the definitions of "abandoned vehicle" and "motor vehicle"; assigning development of high speed intercity rail passenger service to the Department of Transportation; further providing for tire equipment, for bumpers and for promulgation of vehicle equipment standards; providing for the removal of vehicles abandoned on the Pennsylvania Turnpike System; and making an appropriation.
