Short Title:
An Act amending the act of May 1, 1933 (P.L.103, No.69), entitled, as reenacted and amended, The Second Class Township Code, authorizing the establishment of land bank programs and affordable housing programs with the approval of the electorate; providing for funding by proceeds from tax on the transfer of real property; and specifying the purposes of such programs.
