Short Title:
A Concurrent Resolution directing the Joint State Government Commission to establish a task force to study the availability and accessibility of intensive and appropriate community services and supports for persons with mental illness; to determine the individual and community consequences of untreated and undertreated mental illness and the relationship to incidence of violence, incarceration and homelessness; to determine the gaps in services for individuals with mental illness; and to make recommendations on addressing these gaps and meeting individual needs while respecting individual rights and dignity.
