Short Title:
An Act amending the act of July 28, 1988 (P.L.556, No.101), known as the Municipal Waste Planning, Recycling and Waste Reduction Act, further providing for declaration of policy; defining "host county"; further providing for powers and duties of department and for host municipality benefit fee; and adding provisions authorizing the imposition of a host county benefit fee.
