An Act amending the act of August 14, 1963 (P. L. 1059, No. 459), entitled "An act prohibiting future need sales of cemetery merchandise and services, funeral merchandise and services, except under certain conditions;....," further providing for application of the provisions thereof to funeral directors, for establishment of an escrow account, for the irrevocable deposit into trust or escrow funds, for establishment and administration of trust or escrow funds with a banking institution in this Commonwealth authorized to perform trust functions, as trustee of such funds, for reduced liquidated damages, for an orphans' court accounting of the trust or escrow funds; making editorial changes; and making a repeal.
