An Act providing for assistance in the repayment of certain student loans and for scholarships in relation to the encouragement of physicians to practice medicine in the rural areas of this Commonwealth; establishing the Rural Medical Scholarship and Loan Fund Advisory Committee; and providing for its powers and duties; establishing the Rural Medical Scholarship and Loan Fund; and making an appropriation.
