An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P. L. 177, No. 175), entitled "The Administrative Code of 1929," changing the name of the Department of Military Affairs to the Department of Military and Veterans' Affairs; changing the name of the Department of Public Welfare to the Department of Human Services and changing the name of the State Board of Public Welfare to the State Board of Human Services; providing for the submission to the General Assembly of information relating to tax expenditures; providing for public wrestling and boxing matches in establishments with liquor licenses and for alternate security for performance of contracts; providing for contracts by the Secretary of Transportation; further providing for crime victims' compensation and assistance; and providing for certain diesel fuel price adjustments relating to certain Commonwealth construction contracts.
