An Act amending the act of December 5, 1936 (2nd Sp.Sess., 1937 P.L.2897, No.1), entitled Unemployment Compensation Law, providing for the definition of "average working wage"; and further providing for definitions, for determination of contribution rate and experience rating, for trigger determination, for establishment and maintenance of employer's reserve accounts, for qualifications required to secure compensation, for ineligibility for compensation, for rate and amount of compensation, for decisions of referee, further appeals and review, for rules of procedure and for finality of decisions.
