L. 805, No. 247), entitled, as reenacted and amended, "Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code," further providing for compliance by counties, for special encroachments, for jurisdiction, for exclusions, for contents of ordinance, for completion of improvements, for procedures, for classifications, for development rights, for memberships and organization of the board and for time limitations.
