Short Title:
An Act amending the act of December 1, 1965 (P. L. 988, No. 368), entitled, as amended, "Weights and Measures Act of 1965," further providing for the types of weights and measures governed by the act; authorizing the regulation of persons engaged in selling, installing and repairing commercial weighing and measuring devices; and further providing for certain standards, testing and procedures and for the sale and packaging of certain commodities.
