Short Title:
An Act amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for definitions; providing for confidential registration for Federal judges; further providing for registration plates for manufacturers and dealers and for use of dealer registration plates; providing for transitional provisions for dealer registration plates, for farm equipment dealer plates, and for mobile home dealer plates; further providing for handicapped and veterans' plates and placards, for use of farm truck plates; providing for use of certain plates; further providing for classes of licenses, for obedience to authorized persons directing traffic, for drivers in funeral processions, for following too closely, for issuance and content of drivers' licenses, for commercial motor vehicle disqualification, for retaliatory actions involving commercial motor vehicle safety, for financial responsibility, for fee exemptions and for limousines; providing for farm equipment vehicle dealers, mobile home dealers, and modular housing manufacturers; further providing for licenses and permits, for bad checks, for identification markers, for exemptions from the Motor Vehicle Transaction Recovery Fund, and for pedestrian control signals; providing for pedalcycle helmets; further providing for motorcycle protective equipment; providing for leaving children unattended in vehicles; further providing for accident notification, for regulatory authority, for lighting requirements, for use of multiple-beam road lighting equipment, for visual signals on emergency vehicles, for inspection certificates, for vehicle widths and weights, for operation of chemical and fertilizer vehicles, for traffic on the Pennsylvania Turnpike, and for interference with traffic control devices or signals; providing for the Motorbus Road Tax; and making repeals.
