Short Title:
An Act amending the act of April 12, 1951 (P.L.90, No.21), known as the Liquor Code, providing for the establishment, implementation and operation of a system of wine and spirits stores for the sale of wine and liquor for off-premises consumption, for the enforcement of underage consumption provisions and for the establishment of the Wine and Spirits Stores Fund; and further providing for certain hearings, for renewal of licenses, for revocation and suspension of licenses, for local options, for disorderly conduct, for nuisances and for fines and penalties.
