An Act amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further defining "serious traffic violations"; further providing for employer responsibilities; providing, in financial responsibility, for construction; further providing, in financial responsibility, for election of tort options; extending the expiration provision relating to and further providing for automated red light enforcement systems in first class cities; authorizing certain charitable organizations to solicit funds on highways; and further providing for unlawful acts.
