Short Title:
An Act amending the act of July 9, 1976 (P.L.817, No.143), entitled Mental Health Procedures Act, further providing for the scope of the act, for venue and location of legal proceedings, for court-ordered involuntary treatment and for examination and treatment of a person charged with a crime or serving a sentence; and providing for prerelease examination of sexually violent predators for involuntary commitment.
