Short Title:
An Act amending the act of May 22, 1935 (P.L.233, No.99), referred to as the Second Class City Policemen Relief Law, further providing for amount payable upon resignation, dismissal or death of member, for married persons, pension to surviving spouse and dependent children, for payments to widows and for suspension of pension, death before receiving pension equal to contributions.
