Short Title:
A Resolution directing the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission and the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the security policies adopted by regulated public utilities, operative and nonoperative nuclear power plants, electric generating companies, natural gas producers, independent electric system operators, cooperative associations, municipal corporations and municipal authorities that protect critical utility infrastructures and recommend prudent strategies to enhance the standards for the physical security and integrity of these facilities.
