An Act repealing the act of March 14, 1905 (P.L.37, No.19), entitled, as reenacted, "An act to fix the salaries of district attorneys, and providing for the appointment of assistant district attorneys, in the several counties of this Commonwealth having over eight hundred thousand inhabitants; prescribing the powers and duties, and fixing the salaries of the said assistant district attorneys."
