Short Title:

An Act amending Title 37 (Historical and Museums) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, adding provisions relating to the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission, publications and historical societies; reestablishing the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission; further providing for the powers and duties of the commission; providing for the Brandywine Battlefield Park Commission and the Washington Crossing Park Commission; establishing an official flagship of Pennsylvania; abolishing certain advisory boards; adding provisions relating to concurrent jurisdiction; and making repeals.
