An Act amending the act of July 20, 1979 (P. L. 177, No. 58), entitled "An act authorizing and directing the Department of General Services, with the approval of the Department of Environmental Resources and the Governor, to sell and convey a certain tract of land, situate in the Township of Mount Carmel, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania," providing for relocation of citizens displaced by the Centralia mine fire; and authorizing a conveyance of a certain tract of land in the City of Philadelphia to Temple University.
