An Act amending the act of July 17, 2007 (P.L.499, No.8A), known as the General Appropriation Act of 2007, increasing and decreasing Federal and State appropriations for the Department of Agriculture, the Department of Education, the Department of Health, the Insurance Department, the Department of Public Welfare, the Department of State, the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency, the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission, the courts of common pleas and community courts and magisterial district judges; adding a Federal appropriation to the Department of Aging; and further providing for the lapsing of unexpended appropriations.
