An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for the prohibition of certain sexual spousal relationships; changing provisions relating to theft of services; adding the offense of deception relating to certification of minority or women's business enterprise; providing for the offense of cruelty to animals; prohibiting possession, use or attempted use of certain bullets; and providing for the disposition of certain fines.
