Short Title:
An Act requiring all child day-care facilities in this Commonwealth to have one or more persons competent in first aid techniques and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) at the facility when one or more children are in care; providing for the creation of a Statewide Child Day-Care Resource and Referral System; imposing additional responsibilities upon the Department of Public Welfare; and providing for unannounced inspections, for dangerous facilities, for registration, for a toll-free telephone number, for a child day-care consumer guide and for inspection of family child day-care homes.
