An Act amending the act of July 10, 1984 (P.L.688, No.147), known as the Radiation Protection Act, further providing for definitions, for powers of Environmental Quality Board, for licensing and registration fees, for nuclear facility and transport fees, for creation of special funds, for response program and for transportation of radioactive material; and making repeals.
