McGinnis, 1st Battalion, 26th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, Schweinfurt, Germany, who tragically lost his life in the service of his country while patrolling the streets of Baghdad, Iraq, on December 4, 2006.
