An Act amending the act of October 5, 1978 (P.L.1109, No.261), known as the Osteopathic Medical Practice Act, further providing for definitions, for the State Board of Osteopathic Medicine, for prohibition on practice without license, for physician assistants, for respiratory care practitioners, for respiratory care practitioner certificates and permits and for reasons for refusal, revocation or suspension of license; and providing for regulations.
