Short Title:
An Act authorizing the establishment and administration of a Statewide program to promote water conservation and the efficient use of existing water resources; requiring a State Water Plan; imposing additional powers and duties on the Department of Environmental Protection, the Environmental Hearing Board and the Environmental Quality Board; transferring administration and enforcement of the Water Well Drillers License Act to the Department of Environmental Protection; and making repeals.
