Subject: In Person Meeting Act
 
In the near future, I plan to reintroduce legislation (SB 1029 from last session) that would require in person meetings except in times of a declared state emergency. During the closures of state offices during the COVID-19 pandemic, it was understandable for meetings to be virtual and not to allow guests into the offices for meetings. Now that employees are back, it is reasonable that meetings be held in person. This act will be called the In Person Meeting Act.
