Subject: Michael Dillman Memorial Bridge
 
I will soon introduce legislation to honor fallen PennDOT employee, Michael Dillman.
 
Mr. Dillman was an Adams County resident who lost his life in a vehicle roll-over accident on August 15, 2011.  He is one of 90 PennDOT workers who have lost their lives while in the line of duty since the agency's inception in 1970.

It is therefore most befitting that we honor the memory of Michael Dillman in a manner that captures his hard work in the construction and maintenance of our roadways, highways, and bridges.

My bill will rename bridge key 43235 on State Route 2012 (also known as the Fish and Game Road) in Adams County as the Michael Dillman Memorial Bridge.

I hope you will join me in co-sponsoring this legislation.
