Subject: | Medical Freedom Act |
I intend to introduce the following legislation and I invite you to join me as a co-sponsor: “Medical Freedom Act.” The ability to make decisions about what goes into our bodies is a basic human right. This personal autonomy is challenged whenever any level of government requires mandatory vaccinations. Indeed, inserting needles into a human body is the very definition of intrusive. As a result, I am introducing the “Medical Freedom Act” in Pennsylvania. The state government shall not impose a vaccination upon ourselves – or our children – without consent. Nor should the government mandate that employers require vaccinations. All vaccination decisions should be between a patient and their physician, including the right to informed consent, or informed refusal. Pennsylvanians are perfectly capable of making our own health and safety decisions. We do not need government intrusion in our lives. Please join me in cosponsoring this important legislation to protect the personal liberties of Pennsylvanians. |
Introduced as SB471
