Subject: Veterans' Disability Payments Exemptions under Commonwealth Programs
 
Please join me in sponsoring legislation, which was introduced as Senate Bill 385 in the 2019-2020 Legislative Session. It would exempt veterans’ disability benefits as eligible income under the following acts: Senior Citizen Property Tax and Rent Rebate Assistance (Act 1), PACE/PACENET and Section 1901 of the Vehicle Code (Exemption of persons, entities and vehicles from fees).

I hope you will support this legislation. It was co-sponsored by Senators K. Ward, Brooks, Brewster, Stefano, Fontana, Haywood, Vogel, Hutchinson, Collett, Boscola, Baker, Santarsiero, Hughes, Mensch, Browne, Yudichak, Blake, Tartaglione, J. Ward, Schwank and A. Williams during the previous session.
