Subject:	Prescription Drugs- Tampering With a Package

I will be re-introducing legislation, SB 457, specifically targeting the growing problem of prescription drug diversion. This legislation prohibits an individual from tampering with a package or receptacle containing a lawfully manufactured controlled substance. The offense would be graded as a felony.
